Bruxelles, March 2021. The heads of state of the European Union received the poll results of the referendum Egressio Italiae with a mixture of dismay and fury. 60,48 millions of Italians, i.e. the 100% of the population, voted for the exit of Italy from the European Union. It was the logical conclusion of years of  sovranist and nationalist propaganda in the country. After the Brexit scandal, now the European Union faces the Egressio Italiae problem: the survival of the EU is at stake, and the leaders must do everything to avoid the disintegration of the Union! They want to teach a lesson to the Italians, to inflict a severe punishment and to show what happens to those who desert the EU.  German leader, Angiola Von Merdel proposes to open concentration camps and close the Italians inside; Sancho Pedrez, the Spanish president, insistes that the Italians should be tortured with the methods of the Inquisition; the French head of state Maccaròn thinks that the solution is to subjugate the Italians to the Third French Empire....with himself as an emperor, of course. They can't reach an agreement until scientist Juan Isidro Soler proposes to pollute Italy with the Virus Soler, a deadly virus of his own invention, that can kill in a matter of days. The only problem of the Virus is that it attacks only masculine genital organs and reproduces on spermatozoa, so it can kill only male hosts; but the European politicians think that once the men are all dead, Italian women can be easily enslaved as living property of the EU. The plan of doctor Juan Isidro Soler is approved and the order is given to massively pollute the Italian water system with the Virus.
